Key Responsibilities

Strategic Market Development: Identify and develop growth opportunities in international markets through research, competitor analysis, and targeted strategies.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, profitable partnerships with distributors, clients, and key stakeholders in target regions.

Collaborative Solutions: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Support) to customize offerings for diverse export markets.

Sales Leadership: Drive sales initiatives, represent Scharge at international events, and provide guidance to global sales partners.

Performance Management: Monitor, report, and optimize sales performance, aligning with organizational goals and market dynamics.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Electrical, Business, Marketing, or International Business (Master’s preferred)

2+ years in export sales, preferably in switchgear, industrial products or clean energy sectors

Proficient in export regulations, logistics, and market strategy

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with cross-cultural understanding

Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus

Willing to travel internationally
