Job Description: We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing and Sales Management Engineer to join our team in Nashik. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the success of our EV charging solutions through effective marketing strategies and product management. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, developing marketing campaigns, and managing the product lifecycle to ensure the success of our products in the market
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the EV charging industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and operations to define product requirements and specifications based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote S Charge's EV charging solutions, including digital marketing, advertising, and events.
- Create compelling marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, website content, and product documentation to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to customers.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including product planning, pricing, positioning, and promotion.
- Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies for new products and features, coordinating with internal teams and external partners as needed.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback, gathering insights to inform product enhancements and improvements.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to track product performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide sales support and training to internal teams and external partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively promote and sell our products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in EV charging and product management, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or engineering, preferably in the switchgear, automotive or clean energy industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, product management concepts, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts related to EV charging solutions.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
