As a Service & Support Executive for EV Charging Products, your responsibilities would include:

  1. Support, Installation & Commissioning  of AC and Fast DC EV Chargers & Charging Stations: You’ll oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of electric vehicle charging stations. This involves ensuring that charging infrastructure is functioning properly and addressing any technical issues that arise for customers.
  2. Client Interaction: You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service. This includes addressing any concerns they may have, answering queries, and assisting with any charging-related issues.
  3. Technical Support: You’ll provide ongoing technical support to users of the EV chargers & charging stations. This could involve troubleshooting issues, assisting with payment systems, and educating users on how to use the stations effectively.
  4. Market Development: Developing a deep understanding of EV charging station technologies and market dynamics is essential. This knowledge will help you stay informed about industry trends and advancements and better support customers

Must Have

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree or Higher
