SCharge electric vehicle chargers come with a standard warranty and are supported by an experienced service team dedicated to customer success.
Along with the standard warranty, our service level agreements (SLAs) enhance charger uptime and ensure faster remote and on-site response times.

- Parts Availability: Standard parts typically available on-site within 7 business days post agreement in both parties.
- Service Response: Service tickets without an SLA get a response within 7 business days, with technician or part dispatch.
- Remote Support: Warranty response times rely on active Charger Connect for remote connectivity. Along with the availability of user on site.
- Extended Warranty: Options available for additional coverage beyond standard warranty.
- 24/7 Support: Service system accessible round-the-clock for urgent support needs.
- Preventative Maintenance: Schedule services to ensure charger performance and longevity.
- Customer Support: Available via , email, and online customer support portal chat for any queries or concerns.
- On request AMC and CMC will be provide.
Key Service Requirement
- Training Documentation: Certificate of training attendance for SCharge products and services must be on file for each servicing personnel.
- Warranty Validation: Equipment warranty requires maintenance by an Scharge technician or an approved service partner.
- Terms & Conditions: Scharge provides Terms & Conditions with every proposal;contractual terms apply to all transactions.
- Quality Assurance: Regular audits and compliance checks ensure service quality meets Scharge standards.
Claim Process:
- Troubleshooting: Initially conducted by SCharge or agreed-upon network provider or operator before warranty claims.
- Service Portal: Use the SCharge Service Portal for more complex issues via case via ticketing.the ticket must be raised from registered email id .
- Diagnosis and Validation: An SCharge Service Team member assists in diagnosing issues and validating warranty claims.
- Repair and Maintenance: Once validated, an authorized SCharge Service Provider may replace non-functioning warranty covered parts and perform corrective maintenance as needed on-site.
Key Warranty Exclusions.
- Intended Use: Warranty does not cover Scharge equipment used outside its intended purpose or design parameters.
- Damages: Excludes damages from acts of nature, vandalism,misuse, wear and tear, negligence, accidents, power quality , physical damage occurred intentional or unintentional condition and other uncontrollable factors.
- Unauthorized Actions: Warranty void if equipment is opened, dismantled,or moved without authorization.
- Proper Handling: Requires proper storage, installation, operation,and maintenance according to Scharge instructions; failure to comply may void warranty.
- Unauthorized Sales: Warranty does not apply to equipment bought from unauthorized sales /unauthorized re-branding sale channels of SCharge.
- Consumables: Excludes consumable parts such as power cables ,key component and filters.
- Terms and Conditions: All exclusions listed in the Scharge Standard Terms & Conditions at purchase apply.
- Unauthorised Modifications: Warranty void if equipment undergoes unauthorized modifications.
- Labeling: Void if serial numbers or identifying labels are removed,altered, or made illegible.
- Improper Handling: Damage from improper transport or installation not inline with Scharge guidelines is not covered.
- Proof and Registration: Requires proof of purchase and potentially registration within specified time-frame for warranty claims.
- Standards Compliance: Warranty does not apply if equipment is operated or maintained contrary to industry standards or best practices
- The warranty for SCharge equipment is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser
Notes
*The standard warranty covers certain parts but excludes consumable parts For detailed terms, please refer to the Scharge standard terms.
*.The standard warranty for original equipment parts, excluding consumables,begins either 18 months from shipment from Scharge’s factory or 1 years from charger installation, whichever comes earlier. New spare parts are covered under a standard warranty for 6 months from the shipment date, while refurbished or repaired parts have a standard warranty of 90 days from shipment.
**The extended warranty package must be purchased at the time of charger acquisition. Scharge also provides the option for an extended warranty during the existing warranty period,necessitating an updated proposal.
